Henlong Warehouse

A design build warehouse is the main supply warehouse for the HenLong Market and for the supply of Asian foods to many retail stores. The facility has a substantial freezer compartment, a substantial cooler compartment and a smaller ‘ripening’ compartment. All these specific areas have a ‘zero lock’ type of surround to house these specific food needs. The warehouse was designed by Titan to add extra storage space by raising the roof to accommodate one full racking level above what was intended. The owner stated that by adding this feature it increased the life of the building by at least 3 additional years. The facility has a small office component with offices, lunchroom and washrooms.
