A design build two storey middle / secondary school, consisting of a variety of general and specific use classrooms, two gyms, weight training room, a 350 seat fine arts theatre complete with sound booth, orchestra pit with removeable floor panels, a raised stage, make up storage and upper Dance/Recital room. Building was designed with a geothermal heating/cooling mechanical system with a fully integrated building management system.
